A wedding reception on Saturday, a company conference on Monday. The events team sets the room, and Wi-Fi covers the whole floor.

Conferences and meetings
Soundproofed, air conditioned and covered by Wi-Fi, with the seating laid out to suit the session.
Birthdays and family functions
Smaller gatherings take one of the four side halls, so the main floor stays free.
Corporate dinners
Sit-down dinners on the banquet menu, with rooms upstairs for guests who are travelling in.

Through the day
Freshly brewed coffee and teas, with homemade cookies and muffins for breaks between sessions.
Buffets
Finger buffets for standing receptions, or fork buffets when guests are seated at tables.

Five and six-course banquet menus, planned with the events team ahead of the date.
